Helping Young Minds
The action of writing down, carrying and releasing worries has proven to be a great help to all that take on the adventure
We have built the idea of the worry walks around breaking down the barrier of being open and honest about mental health. The concept covers many different proven coping and understanding tools for doing just this.
By sharing the causes and burdens of stress we feel that all ages can come to terms with their understanding of mindfulness, realise the importance of being supportive and grow empathy for others through it.
